I was in Los Angeles during the Covid shut down so I ordered takeout from bad mutha cuz They were one of the few joints that were still open that late. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised as the food was very good and unique. I had a hot chick sandwich and it was really good just enough kick to hot sauce--- I recommend this place

I wasn't expecting much from this sandwich but it was honestly sooooo juicy and flavorful! It was spicy, juicy, and the bread was also delicious. I would come back here again for this sandwich. If you can't handle spice that well I would see if you can get it less spicy. The sodas are $3 here so if you can, maybe get one from a nearby gas station before you come here!

Really great chicken sandwiches, the chipotle sauce was hot but not melt your face which is nice contrast with crunchy pickles and soft sweet bun. Very filling and a ton of food for the $$$$ will come back for sure!

Fried chicken sandwiches are still having a moment this year. I stumbled across BMC at Kitchen United. They specialize in chicken sandwiches made with all natural chicken. The menu includes fried chicken sandwiches, chicken wings, fries, onion rings, and tater tots. Order at the kiosk, online or through a delivery service. * Hot chick sandwich ($11.99): "Spicy fried chicken breast, secret sauce, pickles & lettuce; on grilled king's hawaiian rolls." I wasn't sure how long I'd have to wait for my sandwich. It took 5 minutes, so the chicken must not be fried to order. But, the sandwich was hot. I was surprised by the size. It was heavy. The breast was moist and tender with an extra crunchy batter (tempura?). The spices weren't Nashville style but they were flavorful - a bit salty though. The abundance of crunchy pickles was nice. The buns were grilled, soft and sweet. By the end of the sandwich, the bun was soggy. The shredded lettuce didn't hold up well to the heat - cabbage slaw would be better. I'm glad I didn't order tater tots because the sandwich was big. I'm thinking this is a Dog Haus offshoot since Dog Haus had a fried chicken sandwich called Bad Mutha Clucka and it sounds the same as BMC's version. They both use King's Hawaiian rolls too.
